yeah, i heard paypal is quite safe. just a bit complicated though.
from what i understand, they act like the middleman just to ensure that your transactions will work well, although they charge a bit more for that.
just send me a message if i shall try to explain to you (because i'm not sure if i'll read your reply if you reply in your next post).....if you want i can even better try to open one for you myself *better doing things herself than explaining XD* (i just need your data ._.)
